I came here when I was in town and I had a very good desi food experience. I ordered the mutton chops and they were delicious. My partner ordered the chicken Behari and thought it was superior. We were very satisfied with our meal and the server was very polite and efficient. Definitely recommend if you are in Edison.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. Very good food and very good service. Although at times the place can get a little overwhelming due to the high volume of people, it's ultimately never a problem.

We enjoyed a great family dinner with family members visiting from out of state at Tabaq. The food was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed their Butt Karahi's, in both goat and chicken varieties. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambience is informal. Their decor reminds one of a tropical rainforest. Different for sure, but unclear which region of Pakistan is that evocative of. The food quality is why you go there and it doesn't disappoint. If you're in the mood for authentic Lahori dishes, this is the best place in the tri-state area, bar none.
